PENSIONS AUTO-ENROLMENT
The largest organisations will have to comply with the law around pensions auto-enrolment in October 2012, followed by all others between 2013 and 2017. Our research reveals that employers have taken a variety of steps to meet their statutory duties. We report on these, and look in detail at Southdown Housing Association's preparations.

This issue includes the first report from our 2012 benefits and allowances survey. We look at the proportion of organisations offering 28 different employee benefits, as well as reporting on the use of flex, voluntary and salary-sacrifice schemes. We also highlight areas that employers are changing within their benefits offering.
