A YEAR IN REVIEW
The pay team at XpertHR collates the details of more than 1,500 pay settlements each year. From this, we identify and report on trends in pay awards, pay freezes, performance-related pay and sector differences. In this issue, we review the pattern of pay awards over the past five years, as well as looking in detail at the profile of the pay awards collected.

We also take the opportunity, before the January 2012 pay bargaining gets into full swing, to look back at our pay coverage during 2011.
