HR’S ROLE IN BUSINESS CRISIS PLANS
NEIL RANKIN

These days, fire, flood and terrorist attacks are more than just words in insurance policies now that such threats are clear and present dangers for many businesses. Our survey on employers' business continuity plans demonstrates this fact and highlights the key role that HR managers play in the planning process.

The second considers the use of absence records and health assessments in the hiring process.
